Made to order
Every item at Squares is made especially for you once you order, so please allow 2-7 business days for production before your item ships.
Shipping times
Once your order has been produced, standard shipping typically takes:
- UK: 3-6 business days
- Europe: 5-10 business days
- Rest of the world: 7-20 business days
Total delivery time (production + shipping) is usually 1-3 weeks, depending on your location and the specific item ordered.
Tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Delays
Occasionally, factors outside our control (customs, courier delays, high demand) may extend delivery times. If your order is taking longer than expected, please reach out to us at wearsquares1@gmail.com and we'll help track it down.
Multiple items
If you order more than one item, they may ship separately depending on where each product is produced, so don't worry if items arrive on different days.
